A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is a software program that keeps track of all the data related to an organization’s affairs.
More than just a storage of client details, a CRM can track a basically anything that is important for the organization’s undertakings: interaction and activity logbooks, the services that the organization has provided, official documents such as quotations and contracts, reminders, imports and exports, suppliers, stock management, marketing tools, and it can even be connected to the software that an organization already uses.
Benefits of a CRM
Since a CRM tracks everything that happens within an organization, it gives managers the perfect tool to overview their organization’s affairs. By automating this overview, managers only have to study their CRM dashboard in order to determine their organization’s direction.
Subsequently, managers can use their CRM to assign their employees to specific projects, which does not only save a lot of bureaucratic (paper)work, but also prevents accidental task repetition and potential miscommunication, both internally and externally.
In short, for the managers of an organization, a CRM offers the perfect tool to:
- Keep track of their organization’s affairs
- Plan their organization’s (future) direction
- Determine the best strategy to achieve this direction
- Assign the right employees to the right projects
Workflow improvement
With a CRM, an organization can easily track its leads, plan follow-ups, and pause the projects that are on-hold. Also, import/export companies can use a CRM to keep track of their stock and make sure that suppliers are contacted at the right time. This way, organizations can keep an ongoing conversation with their relations and prevent them from having to deal with different contact persons or redundant information. Furthermore, a CRM makes it easier for employees to cover each other’s projects (e.g. due to a pregnancy, holiday, or illness) and for new employees to start their job.
Thus, a CRM allows employees to:
- Generate, pursue, and follow-up their leads
- Overview their stock, track their goods, and refill in time
- Keep a coherent conversation going with their client base, suppliers, and partners
- Easily introduce new employees or hand projects over to a colleague
- Prevent each other from doubling up on tasks
Open-market versus custom CRM
Open-market CRMs (e.g. TeamLeader, ZohoCRM or Monday.com) have a lot of basic integrations that fit many cases, but are unable to integrate internal or third-party software created for your organization. A custom CRM, on the other hand, can be developed to integrate whatever software that is needed. Our CRM at Rocket Minds, for example, is integrated with the repositories that store the files for each project, a time tracker for employee hours worked per project, and the calendar, e-mail, and finance software that we use.
Of course you could just use Microsoft Excel or an equivalent program to track and manage your organization’s information streams, but these always bring security risks and problems such as synchronization between employees and dependencies on devices and updates. Thus, if you feel that your organization could benefit from its own CRM system, contact us for a free introduction meeting. We will study the possibilities for your organization and explain which software we can integrate to develop a CRM system that is completely customized to your organization’s needs.
Choice of CMS
When you want a new website for yourself or your organization, one of the most common questions is “which CMS should I choose”? The most popular one is WordPress, but there are other solutions too, each good at its own thing. If you don’t know which to choose, read along for more information.

WordPress
WordPress is a free open-source CMS with a huge community. This has both its advantages and its disadvantages. WordPress is primarily advised for small to medium sized websites with not too many complex functionalities.
PHP / Laravel CMS
Laravel is not a CMS, but it is a framework that Rocket Minds uses to build a custom CMS. This framework offers the biggest range of custom solutions that can be tailored to all of your needs. Thus, if you are looking for a website with optimum flexibility, this is the choice for you. It’s suitable for any type of project, small or big, and it’s able to handle any type of task, from simple websites to complete platforms.
Drupal
Drupal has gotten increasingly popular over the last two years. Drupal is a CMS but is actually more like the middle ground between a framework and a CMS, which gives it very few limitations. It allows for the implementation of a lot of custom solutions, but it also facilitates the convenience of a pre-made CMS. Drupal is ideal for big websites where speed and security are of the utmost importance.
Application platforms
These days, app stores constitute the main market to publish new digital products. Almost everyone owns a smartphone nowadays and these are generally used more often than computers. This is the main reason why you should consider facilitating mobile access for your current and new customers and/or clients to your organization
Due to the fast progress in technology - a mobile application can be coded in multiple ways now. The most commonly used codes are the native programming languages of the operating systems: Swift or C for iOS, and Java for Android. When building an app in one of those native languages - a native application - you can easily make use of multiple native functionalities of those devices. However, the downside of a native applications are the costs, because in order to cater to both the iOS and the Android market, a separate application must be built for each operating system.
The best way to prevent these extra costs is to develop a “web-based” or “hybrid” application instead. With new extensive web technologies such as React Native or Ionic framework, applications can be built for multiple operating systems with just one codebase.

iOS apps
iOS applications are developed for all Apple mobile devices, such as iPhones and iPads. A native iOS application can be built in one of Apple’s two programming languages - Swift or C. Keep in mind that the infrastructure and ecosystem of Apple requires you to have an Apple Developer account before you can start developing. Also, on iOS devices you cannot install applications in progress like you can on an Android phone.
Android apps
The environment for Android apps is simpler. There are no real restrictions here on technology, ecosystem or code. However, what makes Android app development a bit more complicated is the compatibility. Where Apple has a limited amount of devices that you will have to make your apps for, Android is an open-source operating system and has therefore no device limits. This means that you will have to do a lot of (compatibility) testing for all kinds of devices and Android versions.
Web-based apps
React Native and Ionic frameworks are increasing in popularity lately. These frameworks allow you to build one app that works on all operating systems (iOS, Android, and even Desktop operating systems). This is possible because these apps run on web-technology and not on native languages. Web-versioned apps contain a regular browser instance inside, which means that you actually open a browser on your mobile device that looks and functions like an individual app.
Content optimization
Content optimization is an important aspect of the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) of your website. It is the longest lasting aspect, for in order to keep your website relevant, you have to keep adding new optimized content to your website. Google always checks the speed and other technical aspects of your website, but for Google - and for your visitors of course - it is also important to find interesting and relevant content on your website. Content includes text and titles, but also images and other media files, which should all have a certain description, frequency of keywords, size, etc. in order to be optimized for Google.
OneDocs
In order to help the online developer community, we have built an open-source software tool that helps to make API documentations readable and open for the public on the web. In this, OneDocs processes and compiles Postman Collections and, in effect, generates a convenient and visually pleasant documentation web page.
OnePlan
OnePlan is a flexible appointment planner tool developed to automate various (service) booking systems. OnePlan is currently being prepared for the BETA launch.
FineArtRoom
Fine Art Room is an online gallery that sells abstract, landscape and portrait paintings of the renowned Moldovan painter and art lecturer Anatol Ghimpu.
Visitmy Country
Community project. At visitmy.country you can navigate through countries and cities to find new destinations that intrigue you.
SoloCRM
SoloCRM is a Customer Relationship Management software tool that provides an overview of various organizational affairs.
Dragracing.md
Dragracing.md is a fully automated platform that completely eliminates the human factor in drag racing administration.
Conversion oriented designs
These days, digital marketing is one of the primary tools of any marketing department. Digital marketers study what web visitors are looking for so their website can be used to target the right personas. In order to do this, the website will be oriented toward these personas, which draws them in via Google and other marketing avenues.
In this orientation, the website’s layout is designed to address these personas and convince them of the brand’s ethos. Subsequently, in order to stimulate them to try the brand products and/or services, the “Add to cart” and “Info” buttons are enlarged or made prominently visible otherwise. These little design tweaks help to convert web visitors into actual customers / clients.
In order to achieve conversions, you should always take an individual approach. Each organization has its own goals, which means that the ways to engage visitors vary from website to website. Methods to stimulate visitor engagement include: offering a free product, offering a free download, asking to call visitors back, collecting contact information, and offering a demo or a trial. All this helps to start engaging with potential customers. During this engagement you can accumulate information about what they are interested in, so you can later approach them with this individually.
Call to actions
CTAs (Call to Actions) are instruments that are used to stimulate those visitor engagements. A call to action is an element on the website - a button, a form, or a popup - that offers something to visitors in order to stimulate them to engage.
Landing pages
Landing pages perform a role similar to CTAs, but they are more elaborate. Whereas the CTA is one element on a webpage, a landing page is a complete webpage centered on advertising or offering a single product or service. Since landing pages operate separately from the main website, they are often used to individually market certain products or services. This marketing tool works particularly effective in combination with a well-devised Google AdWords campaign, for Google ads can lead directly to the landing page, which prevents potential distractions from the main website.
Conversion oriented webshop
Let Rocket Minds develop your conversion oriented webshop.
Ordering your own webshop is about getting results. If you open your own webshop, this is of course to generate sales. The product impressions are important, but it is far more important that your visitors actually make their purchases on your webshop. In order to achieve this, it is essential that visitors are subtly guided through the online shopping space, that they can ask questions, and that they are eventually stimulated to make a purchase. Succeeding in this process is where conversion oriented web design comes into play.
Converting website visitors into customers
After visitors have entered your website, they have to be converted into leads or customers of course. That’s why Rocket Minds always creates conversion oriented web designs. These are oriented toward a clear goal and contain tactical implementations of buttons, content, and other functionalities.
Visibility in Google
In order to generate revenue, your website first needs to get relevant visitors. In this, your website’s visibility in Google is essential. That’s why at Rocket Minds we always deliver 100% technically SEO optimized websites and offer elaborate SEO advice before the website goes live.
Your custom CRM
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. A CRM system is used to save and process all customer/client data. The CRM system organizes and optimizes the relation between customers/clients and the organization, focussed on contact moments. This data will be centralized, which allows employees to easily access all the relevant information, whether it’s to check a phone call or an e-mail, to receive birthday pop-ups, to highlight a sales opportunity, or to send appointment reminders. In short, a CRM system strengthens existing and potential customer/client relations, reveals opportunities, creates efficiency within the organization, and provides an overview of the leads.
Contacts
Manage your contacts in one central place by integrating all your communication channels (website, subscription tools, customer accounts, etc.) into your own custom CRM.
Sales
Improve oversight of your sales and running projects. With your own CRM, you will never forget tasks or issues anymore.
Leads
Centralize all your leads in a single location and use this with your team to manage the sales process more effectively.
Your custom ERP
ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning. An ERP system contains all processes within an organisation, such as relations, appointments, customers and/or clients, leads, invoices, quotations, and plannings. All administrative, financial, and logistical organisation processes come together in one single management system. The final goal of an ERP system is to create a clear overview and hence save costs. Since an ERP system is built modular, organizations can completely tailor them to their needs. An ERP system analyses the information of all the integrated software in order to assess the most efficient way to work. This way, an ERP aids efficiency, flexibility, and adaptability of an organization.
Invoices
ERPs can automate the creation of invoices, provide extensive and detailed overviews of the revenue that clients are bringing, and offer statistics and timeframe perspectives.
Suppliers
Manage your expenses and subscriptions in one single place. Assess the value that each supplier brings you and the costs that they incur. Adjust your organization accordingly and save money by investing in a comprehensive ERP system.
Inventory
Manage your products and services inventory, together with the corresponding statistics and history. With an ERP system, you will always have an up to date overview without the usual synchronization issues.
Design according to your branding
In our website development, we always make sure that it is easy to use. Your website can be delivered in WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or any other (personalized) CMS of your choice. In this, we will integrate your CMS with the right plug-ins so you can realize your goals and easily manage your own website.
Easy management system (CMS)
Depending on your wishes, the cheapest option is to let us develop your website in WordPress or in a custom CMS tailored to your specific needs.
Modules & functionalities
There is more to the development of a professional website that just the integration of a CMS and the creation of a conversion oriented design. In order to interact (communicate, sell, convince) with your visitors, the website can be integrated with chat or ticket services, a payment system, or any other module that facilitates visitor interaction.
SEO & visibility
After the website is delivered, you will always receive additional support. Depending on the type of website, you will get instructions on how to use your CMS, how to work with the links and tools that are integrated, and about the other services that your website relies on.
Technical optimization
The technical optimization of a website is the initial phase that is done in order to assess the project. It includes an SEO Audit and several technical improvements that will give a fast result in the website’s search engine ranking. Technical optimizations include: image and media optimization, reduction of file sizes, and increasing the website’s overall operating speed.
More conversions
This part of the marketing of your website starts in the design phase. In this, it is not only important that your website is easy to navigate, but also to steer how people should interact with it. Depending on your goals (to get more sales, leads or subscribers), we can place different Call to Actions (CTAs) throughout the website.
Content optimization
A long-term optimization process will cover all of the website’s content. Content includes texts, but also titles, images, and videos. During this phase, technical improvements will be made and content will be revised to meet the constantly updating criteria of Google’s algorithms.
Google AdWords
In order to achieve immediate results, only SEO is not enough. Rather, in this case SEO should be combined with Google Advertising. We can conduct your AdWords campaign in order to ensure that it is optimized so you will get the most profitable Cost per Click (CPC) results.
Rocket Minds CMS modules:
Google AdWords Campaigns
By advertising with Google Ads, you can draw attention to your online platform in Google. Based on your objectives, we will perfrom a search engine analysis in order to define the marketing campaign that will yield the best results for you.
Of course, everyone can make a Google AdWords campaign by himself as well. The idea behind outsourcing it, however, is that the campaign is optimized by having professionals managing it. In the end, this will bring your Cost per Click (CPC) down while your sales go up, leaving you with more time and net profit in the end than when you would manage your own campaign.
Adwords = Strategy = Experimentation. The biggest AdWords profits come through fundamental shifts in tactics. Everybody follows the same rules for Google, which is why the single most important AdWords activity is the one no one is talking about - constant R&D and experimentation.
Payment system integration
There’s more to the development of a professional webshop than a WordPress (or a custom CMS) integration and the creation of a conversion oriented design. If visitors go through all of the shopping steps, they have to be able to make the actual purchase of course. This is where the integration of a payment system comes into play. In addition to facilitating direct online payments, a well-functioning payment system also fosters customer trust.
Mollie
The Dutch payment system Mollie is reliable and easy to use, and hence helps enterprises of all kinds of formats to operate more efficiently. In short, Mollie is simple, safe, and contains various pre-programmed solutions that allow webshops to start selling right away.
Stripe
Stripe builds some of the most powerful and flexible tools for internet commerce. Whether you’re creating a subscription service, an on-demand marketplace, an e-commerce store, or a crowdfunding platform, the Stripe payment system can do it all. Internationally oriented, stripe is geared toward developers and can be personalized and optimized for any IT solution.

Responsive design
A website has to keep up with the times. These days, websites aren’t exclusively visited by PCs or laptops anymore. Visitors come from tablets, smartphones, and all kinds of other mobile devices. All of those have a different size, which causes websites to be displayed differently on each different device. Sometimes, a web design gets scrambled in this process, which is of course not desirable.
Because of the vast development of mobile devices, the last years have made responsive web design a core concept in the internetworld. Its significance is huge, because people increasingly visit websites via (small) mobile devices. Simultaneously, computer and television screens are generally increasing in size. Thus, in their design of a website, designers cannot just keep standard screen resolutions in mind, but have to create designs that are responsive to each type of screen.

Technical SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Technical optimization is often a neglected element within SEO. Yet, just like any other element, it aids the Google indexing, and thus visibility, of your website.
Website optimization
There are many facets to optimizing a website: technical optimization, conversion oriented designing, and of course Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA). How do we at Rocket Minds go about this and how do we lead your website or webshop to success? Click underneath to read all about it!.
SEO and SEA
Search engine marketing is a process that progresses slowly. However, when you choose to involve our SEO and SEA specialists, then you can be sure that you will reap the benefits of increased website traffic over time.
Google AdWords
Google's search results are not just indexed by algorithms, but also paid for as online ads. Google AdWords – also known as Search Engine Advertising (SEA) – allows you to directly attract visitors from Google's first page without having a completely optimized website.
More conversions
After you attract website visitors, these have to be converted to leads, clients or customers. At Rocket Minds we create conversion oriented designs: geared towards a clear goal, with tactical implementations of Call to Actions, buttons, and other functionalities.
Content optimization
When the technical optimization is done, we can focus us on the other element of SEO, namely content optimization. In this, we analyze keywords to optimize the content (texts, titles, images, videos) of your website.
Website speed
Google highly values website visitor experiences. A fast website, which loads its pages quickly and completely, aids a good visitor experience. That’s why Rocket Minds always minimizes the loading time of your web pages. This will not only lead to an improved Google rating, but this will also increase your conversion rate significantly since slow websites are one the main annoyance of web visitors.
Maintenance packages and pricing
We offer various options of website maintenance. Please select one of the packages below or select from the list below below to ensure that your website runs optimally. If you’re not sure what you want or need, simply contact us directly so we can discuss your personal situation.

Ready-made or Custom Solution?
In order to build your webshop there are several ready-made solutions on the market. The most common ones are WooCommerce and Shopify, but we can also build a custom solution tailored to your needs.
Integration of payment methods
In the realisation of a webshop the main purpose is to actually sell of course. In order to do this effectively, you will need a configuration of your own payment gateway. We advise Mollie or Stripe for this, because they are user friendly gateways to facilitate payments via iDeal, PayPal or CreditCard.
Stock and delivery options
If you opt for a custom solution, we can build your webshop in such a way that you can easily handle your stock management, manage the delivery process, and get a clear overview of all your costs.
Google AdWords
To make your sales, you will first need to attract customers. An efficient way to promote your webshop is by using Google AdWords to build a qualitative ad campaign.
Get online with a new website

- Development of the logics of the application
- iOS / Android app development
- Iterations of testing
- Available via TestFlight or demo APK file
Ready for the market
Once the application is tested as MVP, we can improve and expand it and prepare it for release in the App Store and Google Play.
