SBIR Research
Two Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) projects were carried out on behalf of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), the Ministry of the Interior and the Province of Groningen.
Kindpakket 2018. Zuidhorn / Westerkwartier
Computable: Best ICT Project for Government 2018
Digital platform for the "Child Package" for the citizens of the Westerkwartier (Zuidhorn at that point in time in 2018), implemented together with Forus Foundation in order to facilitate allocation of the local government funding for the families with kids and low income. Due to the social impact and the digitalisation - the project had been awarded the title of "The Best ICT Project for the Government of the Year" at the Computable Awards.
Aldermen Fred Stol and Bert Nederveen, together with department head Erwin van der Maesen de Sombreff and Jamal Vleij, director of the Forus Foundation, received the prize associated with this prestigious title during the Computable Awards Gala in the Jaarbeurshallen in Utrecht. Stol and Nederveen were naturally proud of the election: “This is recognition and acknowledgment for everything we do to improve the services for our residents every day.”

From 10 to 12 February 2017, Rocket Minds team participated in the Dutch Blockchain Hackathon 17, under the support of Zuidhorn municipality and succeeded to present a concept that had been recognized as the Winner of the "Reinventing Government" track.

Best Design Nomination - CSS Winner
Full digital platform for management and organising of racing events.
Our goal was to develop a fully automated platform that would completely remove the human factor from the pilot registration and classification process, collecting data from sensors, AI analysis of the results.
In 2016, our platform managed to hold its own during the testing stage of the Moldovan Drag Racing Championship and had become a unique product in the racing industry.
